The Peripera Ink Airy Velvet is a soft lip tint. It is lightweight sitting on the lips comfortably without drying out the lips. It has a smooth and soft texture allowing it to adhere to the lips comfortable while providing you with a bright lip colour. This product can be built up for a more bold look or smudged out for a subtle, natural look.
